Andy Cès (born July 3, 1982 in Savigny-sur-Orge ) is a French volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career indoor volleyball

Andy Cès played indoor volleyball as a teenager in the Center National de Volley-Ball and in the junior national team, with which he won the bronze medal at the European Championships in 2000. After that, the outside attacker was active in France at Agde Volley-Ball, Spacer's Toulouse , Rennes Volley 35 and Narbonne Volley until 2006 .

Career beach volleyball

Andy Cès played beach volleyball with Quentin Marion on the FIVB World Tour in 2006 . From 2007 he competed with his older brother Kevin . The brothers had their most successful time in 2008/2009 with numerous top ten placements on the World Tour and at CEV tournaments. After the World Tour 2008 Andy Cès was named Most Improved Player . At the 2009 World Cup in Stavanger , Cès / Cès finished ninth. When Kevin Cès retired in late 2012, Andy Cès played for another year at Edouard Rowlandson's side .

Private

Andy Cès has been married to the US beach volleyball player Jennifer Kessy since 2013 .
