Keyon Latwae Dooling (born May 8, 1980 in Fort Lauderdale , Florida ) is a retired American basketball player. He played in the position of point guard .

Career

Dooling is 1.90 m tall and weighs 89 kg. Before he was elected in the 2000 Draft by the Orlando Magic, he attended the University of Missouri-Columbia . In his previous 10 years in the NBA he was with the Los Angeles Clippers (2000-2004), the Miami Heat (2004-2005) and the Orlando Magic (2005-2008) under contract. In July 2008, he signed a contract with the New Jersey Nets that made him $ 5 million in 2 years. After two years in New Jersey , Dooling joined the Milwaukee Bucks in July 2010 . In December 2011 a transfer to the Boston Celtics followed . After the end of the 2011/2012 season, he initially ended his career.

After Dooling had worked in the extended circle of the Boston Celtics during the 2012/2013 season, rumors grew that Dooling would like to return from the field. March 2013 Dooling was then committed by the Memphis Grizzlies for the rest of the season.
