Khunakorn Sudhisodhi

Khunakorn Sudhisodhi ( Thai : คุณากร สุทธิ โสต ถิ์ ; * March 29, 1974 ) is a former Thai badminton player .

Athletic career

In 1996 Khunakorn Sudhisodhi started at the Olympics in men's doubles with Siripong Siripool . There they lost their first round match against Ha Tae-kwon and Kang Kyung-jin from South Korea. Four years later he started mixed with Saralee Thungthongkam and made it to the round of 16 with her. In 2000 he won the Swedish Open with Kitipon Kitikul. Two years later he won silver with Saralee Thoungthongkam at the Asian Games , after winning bronze at the 1997 Southeast Asian Games with Kitipon Kitikul .

He won nationally for the first time at the 1996 Thai Championships in men's doubles with Siripong Siripool. A year later he was successful in mixed with Jaroensiri Somhasurthai, in 1998 in doubles with Kitipon Kitikul and in 1999 with Saralee Thungthongkam in mixed. With Thungthongkam he won three more titles until 2002. In 2000 he was successful again in doubles with Patapol Ngernsrisuk .
