Kichha is a small town in the Indian state of Uttarakhand .

The city is part of the Udham Singh Nagar District . Kichha has the status of a Nagar Palika Parishad . The city is divided into 13 wards . On the cut-off date of the 2011 census it had a total of 41,965 inhabitants, of which 22,043 were men and 19,922 women. Hindus form the largest group of the city's population with a share of around 58%, followed by Muslims with around 36%. The literacy rate in 2011 was 68.25%.

Kichha has largely an agriculture-based economy. Rice , wheat and sugar cane are mainly grown.
