Kiichi Shigehiro (born November 11, 1998 in Tokyo ) is a Japanese short tracker .

Career

Shigehiro started internationally for the first time at the Junior World Championships in January 2016 in Sofia , where she finished 21st in the all- around event and fourth in the relay. The following month he won the silver medal with the mixed relay at the Winter Youth Olympic Games in Lillehammer . At the Junior World Championships 2017 in Innsbruck he achieved 13th place in the all-around competition and fourth place with the relay. He made his World Cup debut in February 2019 in Dresden , where he finished 40th in the 500 m and 1000 m respectively. At the Winter Universiade 2019 in Krasnoyarsk , he won the bronze medal in the 1500 m. The following year he was at the Four Continents Championships in Montreal tenth in the all - around and fourth with the relay.
