The Killer Nunatak is a 2,080 m high Nunatak of granite in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Usarp Mountains it rises 8 km northwest of Mount Phelan near the center of the Emlen Peaks .
The northern group of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition's campaign, which lasted from 1963 to 1964, named it after its resemblance to the dorsal fin of a killer whale .
