Kim Cheol-min ( kor. 김철민 ; born November 29, 1992 in Seoul ) is a South Korean speed skater .

Kim started short track as a child . He won a gold medal with the relay at the 2011 Short Track Team World Championships in Warsaw . In 2011 he switched to speed skating and won two medals at the Junior World Speed ​​Skating Championships in Obihiro . In 2013 he won a silver medal in the team pursuit at the individual speed skating world championships in Sochi . He won the same medal again at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
