Kim Kreiner
Kim Kreiner (actually Kimberly A. Kreiner; born July 26, 1977 in Akron ) is a former American javelin thrower .
In 2003 she won the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo and was eliminated from the qualification at the World Athletics Championships in Paris / Saint-Denis .
Even at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and the 2005 World Cup , she did not get past the first round. In 2006 she was eighth at the Athletics World Cup in Athens .
At the 2008 Olympic Games , she failed in the preliminary round.
She was US champion four times (2001, 2004-2006). In total, she set five US records, most recently with 64.19 m on May 16, 2007 in Fortaleza . She had this record until June 25, 2010, when Kara Patterson threw 66.67 m at the US championship in Eugene .
