Kim Mi-kyung (born February 29, 19xx) is a South Korean comic artist .

She published her first comic as a professional illustrator in 1997. She also worked as an amateur illustrator.

From 2002 to 2004 she worked for the comic magazine Bijou on her first series and her most successful work The 11th Cat ( 열한번째 고양이 , yeolhanbeonjjae goyangi ), which was also published in four books by Sigongsa and was then translated into German and English. This Sunjeong series, which is mainly aimed at girls, is about a young witch who goes through some magical adventures together with her guardian spirit in the form of a cat. A special volume for this series followed in 2004, which in addition to the previous story to The 11th Cat also contained other short stories by the author.
