Kimberly Jeß

Kimberly Jeß (born January 30, 1992 in Rendsburg ) is a former German high jumper .

As a 14-year-old she jumped the German student record with 1.83 m and as a 16-year-old German youth record with 1.91 m in the hall. Her greatest international success so far was winning the title at the Junior World Championships in 2008 without fail.

After injury and weight problems, Kimberly Jeß ended her sporting career in 2011 and began studying to become a teacher.

Kimberly Jeß is 1.81 m tall and had a competition weight of 62 kg. She started since August 2009 for TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen (previously LG Rendsburg / Büdelsdorf ) and was trained by Hans-Jörg Thomaskamp . In Leverkusen she attended the District Administrator-Lucas-Gymnasium . In addition to athletics, she also trained ballet.
