history
Kingswinford was originally part of Staffordshire . The village is also mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1085.
Glass industry
Of the glass industry, which was mainly found in the neighboring town of Stourbridge , only the Broadfield House Glass Museum remains as a building. The museum itself moved to Wordsley (part of Stourbridge) in 2015.
