Kira Vladimirovna Trussowa ( Russian Кира Владимировна Трусова , English Kira Trusova ; born June 28, 1994 in Tolyatti ) is a Russian handball player who belongs to the squad of the Russian national team.

Career

Kira Trussowa played until 2012 at Zvezda Zvenigorod . Then the goalkeeper GK Astrakhanochka joined. With Astrakhanochka, she won the Russian championship in 2016.

Trussowa won the silver medal with Russia at the U-18 World Cup in 2012 . A year later she won the gold medal at the U-19 European Championships . In 2014 she was runner -up again at the U-20 World Cup. She is now playing for the Russian national team. With the Russian selection, she took part in the 2016 European Championships . Trussowa won the silver medal at the 2018 European Championships .
