Plaintiff and defendant is a television series by ZDF in which civil proceedings are staged. The first broadcast took place from 1978 to 1979 in the evening program.
action
This series deals with real-life cases of civil and family law . The individual episodes are self-contained, the actors change. The episodes show, for example, a divorced father fighting for custody of his son, a family suing their prefabricated house for building sins, or a grocer taking action against character assassination committed by a newspaper.
