Hans-Werner Bussinger
Hans-Werner Bussinger (born April 5, 1941 in Frankfurt am Main , † September 19, 2009 in Berlin ) was a German actor and voice actor .
Life
Hans-Werner Bussinger had one of the most succinct German dubbing voices and spoke in the 1990s (as the successor to Arnold Marquis ) Jack Klugman in the role of Dr. Quincy in the series Quincy . Early work included dubbing Gian Maria Volontès in the dollar films Sergio Leones ; in the 1980s he took on the role of Blake Carrington, played by John Forsythe , in the series The Denver Clan and the recurring character of the Q on the Star Trek television series. Hans-Werner Bussinger also spoke about the inventor "Maestro" in Once upon a time ... the discovery of our world from the Once Upon a Time ... series.
He was also the German voice of Lee Majors in Ein Colt just in case . The last series role to which he lent his distinctive voice was that of Dr. Walter Bishop in the first season of Fringe - Borderline Cases of the FBI . Bussinger was also the spokesman for the big boss Pi Pa Po in the animated series Jim Knopf , King Neptune in the SpongeBob SquarePants movie and the manta ray in SpongeBob SquarePants , the Polidori in The School of Little Vampires (only in the 1st season) and the Cy Tolliver , played by Powers Boothe , in the television series Deadwood . He was also the German dubbing voice for Martin Shaw in the British television crime series George Gently - The Incorruptible . His voice was also featured in numerous radio plays.
As an actor, Bussinger was among other things in 1977 in the 13-part television series It doesn't always have to be caviar and from 1997 to 2008 in the family series Our Charly as Kommissar Paschke. In 1984 he appeared as Tatort commissioner Rullmann .
Most recently he lent his voice to the advertising character “Günther Schild”: He spoke the turtle, which advertises federal securities on behalf of the German Finance Agency, in several TV spots.
Hans-Werner Bussinger died on September 19, 2009 after a serious illness at the age of 68.
