action

Eve Tozer is a glamor girl and flapper who spends her wealthy father's money with full hands in Istanbul in the 1920s. During a party, her happiness is suddenly disturbed when an old friend tells her that she has to find her father within twelve days. Otherwise he would be officially declared dead, which would make her lose her claim to his inheritance and all the money would go to a former business partner named Bentik. She then hires the world war pilot ace Patrick O'Malley, who is supposed to support her with his planes in the search for her father. O'Malley takes on the task as he has to leave town for other reasons.

Her journey takes her through several countries, including Afghanistan and the province of Waziristan in what was then British India . Eventually, in the province of Xinjiang , China , they meet the eccentric Bradley Tozer, who is defending a small village against attacks by a warlord . O'Malley and Eve Tozer help him win the fight. However, Eve's father refuses to return to London with her. This has no disadvantages for Eve, as she loses the (almost worthless) company due to the alleged death of her father, but inherits the valuable patents.

Reviews

“'Hell Hunt to the End of the World' is not a terrible film, but it is lifeless. It follows the shape of the ' Hunter of the Lost Ark ' without finding its comic rhythms. The directing has a nice, steady pace, but without flair and without the feeling that anything would be risked. The film tells an absolutely standard story so that we never fear for the characters and hardly believe them. "
