Klaus-Günter Pods

Klaus-Günter Pods (born November 6, 1954 in Hanover ; † November 1, 2004 ) was a German judge at the Federal Labor Court (BAG).

Pods worked as a judge in the labor court system in Lower Saxony since 1985 and in Saxony-Anhalt from 1990 , most recently as Vice President of the LAG Saxony-Anhalt in Halle .

On September 1, 2002, Pods was appointed judge at the Federal Labor Court. He was a member of the Seventh Senate, which is responsible for questions of works constitution law and fixed-term employment relationships.

Only a few days before his 50th birthday, Klaus-Günter Pods passed away after a long, serious illness.
