Klaus-Günther Biederbick

Klaus-Günther Biederbick (born April 21, 1944 in Prague ) is a former German political official and state secretary of the Federal Ministry of Defense .

education

After graduating from high school in 1964 at the Melanchthon School Steinatal near Schwalmstadt , he did military service from 1964 to 1966. From 1966 to 1970 he studied law in Bonn and Freiburg . After administrative activities, he then became personal advisor to the then military commissioner Karl-Wilhelm Berkhan , and then office manager of the Vice President of the German Bundestag Heinz Westphal.

Professional background

He began his civil service career in 1974 at the regional finance office in Cologne . In 1996 he became President of Defense Division III in Düsseldorf and rose to State Secretary in 2000. He held this office until his temporary retirement at the end of 2005. In May 2006 he took up the post of chairman of the board of the Federal Working Group for Soldiers Care eV (BAS).
