Klaus Haischer

Klaus Haischer (* 5. February 1949 in Oberndorf, Germany ) is a German politician of the SPD .

Life and politics

After studying law in Tübingen and completing his legal clerkship in Konstanz and Milan , Haischer has been working as a lawyer since 1976. From July 1982 until the end of the legislative period in 1984, he was a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg . As a replacement for Erhard Eppler, he represented the constituency of Rottweil with a second mandate .

After leaving the state parliament, he worked at the Federal Court of Justice as a representative of the BGH lawyer until 1986 . From 1986 to 1992 he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Institute for Communication Baden-Württemberg, a supreme state authority, including about one year as acting chairman.

As a lawyer with offices in Oberndorf am Neckar, Villingen and Singen , he works as an insolvency administrator and out-of-court restructuring.

Haischer is the holder of the business medal of the state of Baden-Württemberg and the citizen medal of the city of Oberndorf for outstanding, long-term civic engagement.
