Klaus Katterbach

Klaus Katterbach (* December 20, 1908 ; † March 18, 1971 ) was a German physicist who conducted research at the Max Planck Institute for Physics in Göttingen until 1958 and then in Munich . The institute was then headed by Werner Heisenberg . Klaus Katterbach's work on theoretical astrophysics provided fundamental insights into solar physics, plasma physics, star structure and quantum gravity .
