The Klein Plastener See , more rarely also Klein Plaster See , is a lake in the municipality of Groß Plasten in the Mecklenburg Lake District in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . The body of water has a size of 18.2 hectares and is 45.9 m above sea level. NHN . The maximum extent of the lake is 740 meters in the west-east and 380 meters in the north-south direction. A ditch drains to the east peene that flows past just 170 meters to the west .
On the north bank is the place Groß Plasten with the manor house and its landscape park directly on the lake, the other banks are swampy, and on the south side also wooded. Directly behind is the eponymous district of Klein Plasten. The federal highways 192 and 194 and the Mecklenburg Southern Railway with the branch line to Möllenhagen run not far away .
