The property at Kleinbracher Strasse 4 in Kleinbrach , a district of Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen, is one of the Bad Kissinger architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-196 .

history

According to the name, the former residential stable was built in 1614. It is a two-story, plastered half-timbered building with a solid ground floor and a gable roof . The baroque elements of the property can be found in the overall habitus, the profiled wooden cornices between the floors and the carved corner posts on the upper floor. The property is clad in wood on the north side.

The courtyard of the property houses the former village well.
