Kleine Isar (Munich)

The Kleine Isar is a branch of the Isar river in Munich . It is derived from the Great Isar to the south of Museum Island and flows between the eastern bank of the Isar or Kalkofeninsel and Museum Island, the weir footbridge and Prater Island . At the northern tip of the Praterinsel, it reunites with the Great Isar.

The Kleine Isar is crossed by the Cornelius Bridge , the Zenneck Bridge , the outer Ludwigsbrücke , the Kabelsteg and the outer Maximiliansbrücke .
