The Klejowa Góra is a mountain in the Polish Middle Pieninen , a mountain range of the Pieninen , with 579 m. It is located in the Trzy Korony massif . It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Facimiech , the rock walls of which fall almost vertically about 330 meters down into the Dunajec valley . The rocky peak is surrounded on three sides by the Dunajec in a loop of the river.
Location and surroundings
The Klejowa Góra lies in the main ridge of the Pienines. To the southeast of the summit is the Dunajec Gorge , to the north is the Krośnica Valley . It is overgrown with mixed forest. The age of the trees is estimated to be over 150 years.
etymology
The name can be translated as the mountain of Klej .
tourism
The summit is in the Pieninen National Park . It is not open to tourists.
