The terminal AG with headquarters in Eisleben ( Sachsen-Anhalt ) is a company for the production of frozen bakery products to wholesalers, catering and hotel services, in-store bakeries in supermarkets, bakery chains and frozen home delivery services.

history

The company was founded in 1991 as Kern & Sammet GmbH in Mansfeld. In 1993, production started in Plant I in Mansfeld, and in 1997 and 2000 production started in plants II and III in Eisleben. In 2000 the company was renamed a stock corporation. In 2004 the fourth plant began to produce in Nordhausen, in 2007 Plant V in Eisleben and in 2012 Plant VI and thus the fourth plant in Eisleben. In 2013, Klemme was taken over by Aryzta . Plant 7 was opened in July 2015. In 2016 the name was changed to ARYZTA Bakeries Deutschland GmbH .

The company is certified according to several standards ( IFS , BRC , AIB).

Production takes place in seven plants at three locations in Lutherstadt Eisleben, Mansfeld (both Saxony-Anhalt), Artern and Nordhausen (both Thuringia ).
