It is located in the historic Quedlinburg old town northeast of the town's market square as a corner building at the confluence of a lane leading from the Klink to Schulstrasse and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg register of monuments. To the east of the property is the Klink 2 building, which is also listed .
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built according to a building inscription in 1707. Another extension was added in 1740. The facade design was changed in the 19th century. This affected both the infill of the compartments and the windows. There is a late baroque coffered door on the house . The house was renovated in 2012 by the architects qbatur .
