The house Klink 10 is a listed building in the center of the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the historic old town of Quedlinburg, northeast of the market square, and is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a merchant's farm under registration number 094 45621 as a monument . The Mühlengraben runs east of the property .

Architecture and history

According to a building inscription, the house was built in 1743 in the Baroque style. The compartments of the half-timbered facade are provided with ornamental brickwork. There is the half-timbered form of the half man . The building is covered with a mansard roof. In the roof area there is a dwelling with a loading hatch . The elaborately crafted gate system is remarkable.

In the 18th century, a two-story half-timbered house was built on the courtyard on the east side. A farm building with a late baroque gallery was built on the north side.

Robert Bosse , who later became the Prussian minister of education, was born here in 1832 . A memorial plaque next to the gate indicates this to the visitor.

The property stood empty for many years and was in great need of renovation. It was completely refurbished by new owners by 2016. A commercial and residential building was created with 6 units in the main building and 3 further units in the side building.
