The house Klopstockweg 42 is a listed villa in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the Süderstadt district south of the historic Quedlinburg old town at the junction of Kurzen Strasse and Klopstockweg and is entered in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1894 using historical design elements. On the west side of the house, above the entrance, there is an extension in a tower-like design, which is crowned by a curved hood. At the street corner, the otherwise plastered building has an ornamental gable made of half-timbered . There are also friezes with floral ornaments on the facade . The windows are designed as round arches. In 1900 the villa was rebuilt.
