Architecture and history
The two-story building was built in 1902 as a double residential building. The entire building has a symmetrical facade design. The central risalit of the plastered house is crowned by a curved decorative gable in the neo-renaissance style . The ground floor windows are designed as round arches, those on the upper floor as curtain arches and donkey backs . The house is covered by a gable roof on which there are bat dormers .
