The Saint-Bernard monastery in Tulle was a Cistercian nun priory that emerged from the Coyroux monastery in 1622 .
history
The prioress Jeanne de Badefol had given the state of the decaying monastery Coyroux and the exposed position of King Louis XIII, which was endangered during the Huguenot Wars . obtained permission to relocate the monastery to the city of Tulle, where the settlement existed until the French Revolution .

The main wing of the residential building of the nunnery still stands on Place Saint-Bernard: a tall building with two pilasters framing two rows of windows.
