The Knotten ( Norwegian for Knubbel ) is a nunatak in Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . In the northern part of the Ahlmannryggen it rises 8 km southwest of the Krylen .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named the Nunatak descriptively, mapped it on the basis of aerial photographs and measurements of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952).
