Koçağılı is an abandoned village in the central district of the Turkish province of Şırnak . The original place name was Besüke. In 1990 202 people lived there. In the 1980 census, 587 residents were counted.
On March 26, 1994, the village was attacked by the Turkish Air Force . 13 villagers died. The survivors buried their dead in Kumçatı and gave up the village. In 2013 they were awarded compensation by the European Court of Human Rights .
