Ko-minato ( transcription from Japanese 小 湊 'Little Harbor' , Norwegian Vesalvika ) is a side bay of the Lützow-Holm Bay on the Prince Harald Coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It lies on the north side of the Langhovde range of hills .
Norwegian cartographers mapped the bay in 1946 using aerial photographs from the Lars Christensen expedition in 1936/37 . Japanese cartographers mapped it based on surveys carried out in 1957 and gave it its name in 1962.
