The Kobiety Ekstraliga 2012/13 was the 34th edition of the highest Polish women's football competition , the Ekstraliga Kobiet . Champion was the defending champion RTP Unia Racibórz for the fifth time in a row . AZS UJ Kraków and GOSiR Piaseczno were promoted from the second Polish division .
