Kōki Ōtani ( Japanese 大谷 幸 輝 , Ōtani Kōki ; born April 8, 1989 in Kumamoto , Kumamoto Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Kōki Ōtani learned to play football in the youth teams of Taiken SC Kumamoto , Blaze Kumamoto , Liberta Kitakumamoto , Bears FC Espada , Lanza Kumamoto and the Urawa Red Diamonds . Here he signed his first professional contract in 2008. The Saitama club played in the country's highest league, the J1 League . The 2014 season he was loaned to the second division team Giravanz Kitakyushu . For the club from Kitakyushu , he was 42 times in goal. After he was not used at the Urawa Reds, he left the club in early 2017 and joined the league rivals Albirex Niigata from Niigata . At the end of 2017 he had to make his way to the second division with Niigata.
