Fitness training
All training content whose aim is to increase the conditional performance is referred to as conditioning training . The athletic condition is made up of performance in terms of strength , speed , endurance , coordination and flexibility . Conditioning training can take many forms because, as shown above, it can span many different conditioning areas.
