Konstantin Schubert

Konstantin Schubert (born May 3, 1982 in Pforzheim ) is a former German cyclist .

Schubert began his career in 2005 with the German Continental Team Comnet-Senges . In 2007 he finished seventh at Nokere Koerse and second in Rund um Düren . He also won the silver medal at the German Mountain Championships and secured the mountain classification of the Bayern Tour .

For the 2008 season, Schubert had a contract with the Italian Professional Continental Team NGC Medical-OTC Industria Porte . After the team fell out with the German sponsor Storck Bicycle , who then withdrew from the preliminary contract, NGC Medical did not want Schubert and Robert Retschke , who had also been signed, to be on the team.
