Konturen was a specialist magazine on addiction and social issues. From 1979 to 2013 it was published as a print version by the German Order . Since 2015 it has been run jointly by the German Order and the Federal Association for Inpatient Addiction Aid eV (buss) under the name KONTUREN online as a specialist portal on the Internet.
KONTUREN online records around 700 visitors a day and 600 registered users.

According to its own information, KONTUREN online is the first online magazine on the subject of addiction and drug help for the German-speaking specialist public. The online portal also provides information on developments in the areas of addiction therapy , addiction research, counseling, prevention , medicine , management , benefit law and social policy .
A title topic appears four times a year as well as new specialist articles on various topics every month.
