Cassie, a 13-year-old girl, lives alone in space after a pirate attack on her father's spaceship . To find her father again, she hires a bounty hunter who is a hamster . Together with him she has to endure many adventurers.

The series was produced in the UK between 2001 and 2002.

Directed by Graham Ralph. The script was written by Dan Chambers, Roger Drew, David Freedman, Alan Gilbey, Mark Huckerby, Nick Ostler and Olly Smith. Production was done by Peafur Productions, Silver Fox Films and Winchester Films.

The series was first broadcast on January 9, 2003 on ITV . The German first broadcast took place on March 19, 2004 on KIKA .
