history

The present church was built on the site of a former emergency church in the Kordon settlement between 1969 and 1974 according to plans by the architect Ladislaus Hruska . During the construction phase, a fire in 1972 destroyed the upper floor of the almost finished church, which is why its consecration had to be postponed to 1974.

building
