Kornelia von Berswordt-Wallrabe , completely Katharina-Kornelia von Berswordt-Wallrabe (born January 22, 1944 in Sagan ) is a German art historian and former state museum director at the State Museum Schwerin .

Life

From 1979 to 1984 she studied art history , philosophy and archeology at the Ruhr University Bochum and received her doctorate in art history under Max Imdahl . From 1993 to January 31, 2009 she was director of the State Museum Schwerin. Since 1999 she has been an honorary professor at the Berlin-Weißensee School of Art .
