Korsimoro is both a commune ( French commune rurale ) and a department encompassing the same area in the West African state of Burkina Faso , in the Center-Nord region and the province of Sanmatenga . The community has 46,907 inhabitants in 30 villages and six sectors of the main town, the majority of them Mossi and Fulbe .
