The Kotterer Peaks are a group of small mountains in Mac Robertson Land, East Antarctica . In the Athos Range of the Prince Charles Mountains they loom between the Wignall Nunatakkern and Mount Starlight .

Aerial photographs of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions from 1955 to 1965 were used for their mapping. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named them after Christiaan J. A. Kotterer, a weather observer at Davis Station in 1964.
