Herbal mayonnaise

As a herb mayonnaise refers to various mixtures of culinary herbs and mayonnaise .

Mayonnaise is mixed with finely chopped fresh green herbs, e.g. B. dill , tarragon , chervil , parsley , chives , lemon balm , then seasoned with salt, white pepper, Worcester sauce and lemon juice . The use of watercress and sorrel is also common.

In the Austrian cuisine also used thyme and some spinach . Add some whipped cream to the mayonnaise .
