Krautfleckerl are a dish of the Austrian , Bohemian and Croatian cuisine.

The main ingredients are Fleckerl , a traditional type of pasta, and white cabbage . First, onions are lightly roasted and sugar caramelized , then leafy white cabbage is added and seasoned with salt, pepper and cumin and, if necessary, vinegar , poured with an empty stock , a stock , a clear soup , water or white wine and steamed. Finally, add cooked patches. Krautfleckerl are often served with chopped herbs and bread.
