The Kėdainiai District Court (lit. Kėdainių rajono apylinkės teismas , 'the Kėdainiai Rayon District Court') is a district court in the center of Lithuania , Kaunas District . There are seven judges (9 judge posts; 2 posts are vacant (September 2009)).

Address is Didžioji g. 64, Kėdainiai , LT-57273.

The court belongs to the ordinary jurisdiction , the appeal body is the Panevėžys District Court .

history

The predecessor of the court was the Soviet Kėdainiai District Court. Until 2003, the court had a bailiff's office with four bailiffs (senior bailiff was Ms. R. Leonavičienė). In 2008 , the court tried 2,988 civil and 360 criminal cases.

Judge

The chairman of the court (since June 23, 2003) is Vitalijus Kondratjevas (* 1967).

Other judges are Henryta Gerdvilė, Algimantas Brigadierius, Audra Kriščiūnienė, Jūratė Petraškienė, Laima Šablevičienė, Ramyna Šidlauskienė, Bronius Varsackis.
