Cross mark (Granitz)
The Kreuzeichen is an old oak tree in the Granitz forest area on Rügen in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .
The tree stands in a prominent position in the district of Binz at the intersection of two forest paths and is a landmark of the Granitz. To the west and north-west of the tree are benches and a small shelter for hikers to rest. Hiking trails to Binz, Sellin , Baabe and the Finnish Warrior are signposted from the cross sign.
