The Priorau war memorial is a listed memorial stone in the Priorau district of the city of Raguhn-Jeßnitz in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments , the memorial stone is listed as a monument under registration number 0947170 .

The war memorial in Priorau is a memorial stone for the victims of the First World War and the Second World War . The memorial stone is an upright boulder with the inscription: IN MEMORY OF THE VICTIMS OF 1.U.2. WORLD WAR . It was inaugurated in 1925 and was originally only intended to commemorate the victims of the First World War, but was later expanded so that it also reminds the victims of the Second World War. A new inscription was added for this purpose. The memorial stone is located east of the church on the church square , in the middle in front of the apse . The Priorau war memorial has been a listed building since 2017.
