The Zäckwar war memorial is a listed war memorial in the Zäckwar district of the Lanitz-Hassel-Tal community in Saxony-Anhalt . In the local register of monuments , the memorial stone is recorded as a monument under registration number 094 82916 .

The Zäckwar war memorial is on the edge of the cemetery. It is a wall from the center of which a stele rises. The top edge of the wall is curved. At the foot of the stele is a black marble slab as a memorial plaque for the fallen of the First World War with the inscription In gratitude to the fallen in honor of the fallen by the community of Zäckwar. as well as the names of the fallen. The years 1914 - 1918 are carved into the stele above the plaque. A little above the memorial plaques is a steel helmet with a sword . At the top of the stele is an iron cross with an oak wreath .
