Krista Kosonen
Krista Erika Kosonen (born May 28, 1983 in Espoo ) is a Finnish actress .
Life
Krista Kosonen graduated from the Helsinki Theater Academy with a master's degree in drama in 2009 . During this time she was already regularly employed at the theater. She played different roles at the Ryhmäteatteri , Turun kaupunginteatteri and Suomen Kansallisbaletti .
She has also appeared in several productions on the screen. She made her debut in the role of Ronja in the Finnish-Chinese fantasy film Jade-Krieger, published in 2006 and directed by Antti-Jussi Annila . Since then she has played in over 40 film and television productions. For her roles in Syvälle salattu , Kätilö and Miami , she was nominated for Best Actress for a Jussi , and she was able to win the last two.
In the Hollywood film Blade Runner 2049 , released in 2017 , she had a small role as a Finnish street whore. In the only scene she plays alongside Ryan Gosling , Mackenzie Davis and Elarica Johnson and says two sentences in Finnish.
Kosonen was in a relationship with the actor Sampsa Nuotion for several years. The couple separated in 2012. Since 2014 she has been in a relationship with director Antti J. Jokinen . They have been married since 2018 and they have had a daughter since 2015.
