Kristen Meier (born February 8, 1991 in Syracuse , New York ) is an American football player .

Career

Meier was signed in early 2013 in the college draft for the newly founded NWSL in the third round at position 23 from Seattle Reign FC . She made her league debut on April 14, 2013 against the Chicago Red Stars as a substitute. After six league appearances in the 2013 season, Meier was released from Seattle at the end of the season.

In March 2014, Meier took part in a test training at the Western New York Flash and was then firmly committed, but released again after one game day. She then switched to the W-League participant Braddock Road Stars Elite .
